Throughout her career, Michelle has experienced a broad range of positions within the larger field of marketing. She has held the role of client, communications planner, and market researcher, both in the pharmaceuticals and consumer goods sectors.
Michelle’s core strength is ‘hitting the truth bullseye’, which is drawing out the precise insights that will unlock growth when they’re activated. This always brings her back to market research, though her communications planning background ensures that the insights and their associated recommendations are easy and practical to activate as well as commercially aspirational and viable for the client.
Prior to starting her Market Research career, Michelle worked in advertising as a communications director.
